    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>&nbsp;Networking Field Service Technician (1099) Contract&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Overview :</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Acuative, the nation&#39;s leading independent provider of telecommunications field services, looks to partner with Contract (1099) Field Service Technicians to provide installation and maintenance services to voice (analog and VOIP), data networks, servers, routers/switches, computer systems, retail technology systems, and other network-based hardware. Jobs can have a 4-hour response time and usually complete in 2 to 4 hours on site. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time covering an area within 50 miles of the Phoenix area.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities :</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation and maintenance of networking hardware including routers, switches, and WAP&rsquo;s.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation and maintenance of telephony equipment and circuits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation and support of retail technology systems &ndash; POS, Digital Signage, and Video Surveillance Systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Circuit extensions and structured cabling.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Site surveys and site audits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accurate and timely submission of all job-related documents and deliverables.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation of LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite receivers, cables and hardware.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation of Fixed Wireless Antennas, cables and hardware.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Tools :&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Laptop with Windows 10 or newer, with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mobile hot spot for Internet connectivity</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Smartphone with camera</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Antistatic strap</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Cisco console cable</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Industry standard hand tools</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reliable Vehicle</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ladder</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic telecommunications tools (punch down, butt set, tone generator/probe, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, crimpers, etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Test meters</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drill</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications :</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of networking hardware and topologies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with networking products and interfacing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding of telephony systems (VOIP, PBX, Key Systems) with an ability to provide hands-on hardware and troubleshooting support.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of computing systems hardware with the ability to provide break/fix support for desktop PC and/or servers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Physical installations of a wide variety of hardware including routers, switches, WAPs, servers, POS systems, digital signage systems, LEO Satellite (such as Starlink), FWA (Fixed Wireless Access Antennas) and associated peripheral equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to provide configuration support for a variety of technology platforms through console and remote applications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with LEC circuit identification and extensions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with cabling standards and the ability to pull and terminate cabling in a variety of customer environments (66 blocks, FDP, etc).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to operate basic power tools &ndash; drills, saws, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work on ladders and lifts where required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel &amp; Word).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to follow detailed job documents.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must possess a valid drivers&rsquo; license.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.</li></ul></div>\n",
