Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Accurately set up, manage, and maintain the Emerson document repository Collaborate with quality and production teams to develop, review, and maintain procedures and work instructions Track and monitor key quality metrics to support data-informed decision-making Support training efforts by helping team members understand procedures, standards, and work instructions Assist with documentation related to service requests (SRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action requests (CARs), and related processes Partner with quality and customer service teams to support customer feedback and complaint resolution processes Create presentations using Word and PowerPoint, and perform data analysis using tools such as Excel and Access Support internal audits and quality system reviews as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment Recommend improvements related to efficiency, cost savings, quality, and safety Follow lean principles and 5S practices as guided by leadership Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required Who You Are: You steer through the organizational maze to get things done.
