    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></div><ul><li>Accurately set up, manage, and maintain the Emerson document repository</li><li>Collaborate with quality and production teams to develop, review, and maintain procedures and work instructions</li><li>Track and monitor key quality metrics to support data-informed decision-making</li><li>Support training efforts by helping team members understand procedures, standards, and work instructions</li><li>Assist with documentation related to service requests (SRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action requests (CARs), and related processes</li><li>Partner with quality and customer service teams to support customer feedback and complaint resolution processes</li><li>Create presentations using Word and PowerPoint, and perform data analysis using tools such as Excel and Access</li><li>Support internal audits and quality system reviews as needed</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment</li><li>Recommend improvements related to efficiency, cost savings, quality, and safety</li><li>Follow lean principles and 5S practices as guided by leadership</li><li>Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required</li></ul><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Who You Are:</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><ul><li><div>You steer through the organizational maze to get things done. &nbsp;You identify and create the processes necessary to get work done.
