Ford makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly, have a positive attitude, and maintain a professional appearance.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities</strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership</li><li>Test drive vehicles and testing components/systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment</li><li>Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc&hellip;)</li><li>Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed</li><li>Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs</li><li>Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Sign on bonus:</strong></p><ul><li>$500 after 30 days</li><li>Additional $500 after 60 days</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ford Master Certified Tech Requirements&nbsp;</li><li>ASE Certification&nbsp;</li><li>Basic Computer skills</li><li>Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be at least 18 years old to apply</li><li>Have a valid Iowa Driver&rsquo;s License and clean driving record</li><li>Will submit to a drug and background screening prior to employment</li><li>Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;B</strong><strong>enefits</strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>1-week <strong>Paid Vacation</strong> (after 1 year)</li><li>12 days <strong>Paid Time Off</strong> (after 6 months)</li><li>Health, Visions, and Dental Insurance</li><li>Tenure!
