    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Analytic Facilitator</strong> to join our team at <strong>Offutt Air Force Base (AFB)</strong> supporting the <strong>55th Wing (55 WG)</strong>. The Analytic Facilitator will play a critical role in delivering <strong>Mission Crew Training Simulator (MCTS)</strong> support to <strong>55 WG </strong>personnel.  This position requires expertise in instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission-critical training programs for Air Force personnel.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, refine, and deliver training materials focused on <strong>55 WG operations</strong></li>\n <li>Support the development and execution of MCTS <strong>scenario-based exercises</strong> to facilitate Combat Mission Ready (CMR) status of 55 WG personnel. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with mission planners, intelligence analysts, and leadership to identify training needs and tailor instructional content accordingly.</li>\n <li>Revise courseware as necessary to meet local standards or reflect changes in national priorities.</li>\n <li>Update simulations as needed to integrate new requirements for Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO)</li>\n <li>Ensure training programs align with Air Force and ACC standards, policies, and objectives.</li>\n <li>Travel required (Up to 10%)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience Level: Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA or 8 years with Ph.D.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Proficiency with MCTS.</li>\n   <li>Proficiency in <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong>, <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong>, and <strong>Analytical Tradecraft Support</strong>.</li>\n   <li>Experience delivering training and facilitating exercises in a professional setting.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and mentor diverse audiences.</li>\n   <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing and delivering training materials.</li>\n   <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required <strong>with polygraph.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h4><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting the<strong> 55 WG</strong> or similar military organizations. </li>\n <li>Prior experience as an instructor or facilitator for <strong>55 WG courses</strong> or similar training programs.</li>\n <li>Prior experience mentoring or training junior instructors. </li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>55 WG.</strong></li>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Offutt Air Force Base</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and training excellence.</li>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> #AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
