We offer our patients a full range of imaging services in two outpatient clinics, and a mobile Mammography bus to help women in underserved areas in three counties.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;color:#222222;'>We want you to join our team as&nbsp;a<strong>&nbsp;Mammography Technologist&nbsp;</strong>and are open to hiring qualified people in Full-time, Part-Time, or Per Diem schedules.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>Our ideal candidate is able to work on Saturdays, but other availability is welcome.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Mammography Technologist&#39;s primary role is caring for our patients by performing screening and diagnostic breast imaging, and may also assist in interventional breast procedures. &nbsp;You will be responsible for calibrating and operating diagnostic equipment and work directly with the on-site Physicians. &nbsp;As part of the Valley Radiology team, you will work within the safety standards and regulatory requirements, and also participate in quality control (QC) and continuing medical education (CME).&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education &amp; Licensure Requirements:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Completion of a formal training program for Radiology and Mammography Technology</li><li>Current California licensure for Mammography (CRT-M) &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Current ARRT &quot;R&quot;&nbsp;</li><li>Solid understanding of ACR and MQSA regulations &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>BLS certification &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Work Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Six months of experience in performing mammography as directed by radiologists is desired</li><li>Mammography and X-ray experience with proven competence in an outpatient Radiology clinical setting preferred&nbsp;</li><li>General knowledge of information technology (PACS / RIS). &nbsp;</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 107%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);\">Working at Valley Radiology Consultants provides&nbsp;a rewarding career and the opportunity to work with a talented, committed team of individuals with great work/life balance.
