    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Filtration Group is on a mission to make the world safer, healthier and more productive. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Columbus Industries is part of Filtration Group, a global market-leading provider of filtration consumables that drives innovation and delivers solutions across a broad spectrum of applications and end-markets, with a focus on life sciences, indoor air quality and industrial technologies.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Filtration Group is looking for a Production Associate.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>About the Role:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Under general supervision, perform a variety of tasks requiring a good working knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, tools, machines and equipment, including, but not limited to: folding, assembling, labeling, laying or rolling stock, inspecting, cutting, and/or boxing, at efficiency standards dictated by the department.</li>\n   <li>Immediately report to supervisor or group leader any unusual material, equipment problems or work conditions that would hinder operations, represents deviations from quality standards, good manufacturing practices or adversely affects safety standards.</li>\n   <li>Work from product specifications or manuals to insure a quality product. Inspect work as needed.</li>\n   <li>Ability to move between job functions of operations with some ease.</li>\n   <li>Perform simple, routine and repetitive tasks using standard procedures.</li>\n   <li>Maintain housekeeping in assigned work area at all times of line stoppage during production runs and at the end of the shift.</li>\n   <li>Perform all duties safely, wearing required personal protective equipment, such as: gloves, apron, safety glasses, back support, etc.</li>\n   <li>Observe all safety rules and immediately report hazards to the supervisor.</li>\n   <li>Be punctual and at work daily.</li>\n   <li>Follow all company rules and regulations, per the Employee Handbook or department policy.</li>\n   <li>Perform other duties as required</li>\n  </ul><p>Benefits and Pay: </p><p>Health Insuracne </p><p>Vacaiton </p><p>Training and development opportunities </p><p>Inclusive and engaged workplace culture </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate in three or more departments on critical equipment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of company products and procedures.</li>\n <li>Customer focused with a strong attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Able to work overtime on short notice.</li>\n <li>Able to reach, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), twist, squat, push and pull.</li>\n <li>Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>More About Filtration Group</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Filtration Group is on a mission to make the world safer, healthier and more productive.
