You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Enter variety of data using current technology</li><li>Prepare and sort documents for data entry</li><li>Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes</li><li>Review and enter data updates in the systems</li><li>Review discrepancies in data received</li><li>Advise supervisor of issues related to data</li><li>Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Previous experience in customer service, data entry or other related fields</li><li>Excellent typing skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment:&nbsp;</strong>The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
