If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.\n<h2>Responsibilities & Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b> </p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Enable FPGA software tool adoption through:  </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Conducting analysis of tool capabilities and user requirements. </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Preparing documentation and best practices for tool usage. </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Delivering training sessions and user enablement programs. </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Provide ITAR compliant support, ensuring adherence to export control regulations and internal processes. </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Collaborate with engineering teams to improve workflows and tool integration. </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FPGA development tools and operating environments. </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Strong expertise in scripting/programming and comfortable using AI tools and frameworks for automation </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Act as a subject matter expert for FPGA design flows, assisting customers and internal teams. </p></li>\n  </ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualification (Requirements)</b> </p><p>This position requires knowledge and experience in the entire FPGA development tool flow from design entry to place-and-route and timing closure. Preferred skills include simulation, scripting, and RTL design experience. Experience with Lattice FPGA design software tools is a plus. </p><p> </p><p>The following experience and skills are required for this position: </p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Must be a U.S. person for Aerospace and Defense market segment support </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>BSEE or similar degree </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>5+ years of FPGA design tool experience (e.g., Radiant, Diamond, Quartus, Vivado) </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Strong understanding and experience in Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog  </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Strong understanding and experience in logic synthesis tools such as Synplify Pro </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Strong understanding and experience in FPGA implementation flow such as place-and-route, static timing analysis, and timing closure </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Solid experience working with Linux environments, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot OS-level issues as needed </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment </p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Additional Job Description<p>The following experience and skills are a plus for this position: </p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Experience with a variety of EDA software simulation tools for FPGA development, including ModelSim/QuestaSim, VCS, and/or Xcelium </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Good understanding of FPGA architecture and applications </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Hands-on FPGA development experience, including verification </p></li>\n  </ul>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, or Python </p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
