We have a friendly staff and are adding full-time and part-time Stewards to our team. These positions require candidates to have<strong> open availability, which includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional evening hours past midnight or 1:00 am</strong>. We offer an employee meal per shift and a full range of insurance benefits.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview: </strong>Stewards are responsible for cleaning the kitchens to include cleaning kitchen equipment, vents, floors, drains, and walls, and washing and properly racking all China, glass, silver, pots and culinary utensils.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Take out trash.</p><p>• Stack and run dishes through dishwasher.</p><p>• Put dishes away.</p><p>• Sweep and mop kitchen.</p><p>• Maintain cleanliness of workspace.</p><p>• Replace dish soap when needed.</p><p>• Take dirty rags down to laundry bin.</p><p>• Stock (Gloves, rags, dish soap, and trash bags).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><p>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.</p><p>· Excellent time management skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, and pulling.</p><p>· Frequent sitting</p><p>· Must be able to lift 25-50lbs</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• High School Diploma or GED preferred.</p><p>• Good customer service skills and good communication skills are required.</p><p>• Must be able to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.</p><p>• Must be punctual.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Language:</strong></p><p>· Required to speak, read, write English</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· None</p><p><br></p><p>We are a Drug-Free Workplace and require pre-employment Drug Tests; we also conduct Criminal History Background Checks and participate in E-Verify.</p>",
