    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>**2nd Shift**</p><p>Come Join our Warehouse Team! &nbsp;Magnolia continues to grow, an offers opportunity for learning and development. &nbsp;We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented leader with solid warehouse experience to join us. &nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>The <strong>Warehouse Lead</strong> has general responsibility to assist in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, this position is responsible for directing work assignments in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals</li><li>Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.</li><li>Directs work assignments to employees</li><li>Provide daily hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities</li><li>Drives compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives</li><li>Brainstorms and suggests new ideas on how to improve processes to supervisor</li><li>Communicates professionally, both orally and written to internal and external partners</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management; assists in finding solutions to problem areas.</li><li>Ensures efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment</li><li>Trains new and current employees on operational SOPs and Wis</li><li>Ensures the warehouse is clean and orderly; including but not limited to organizing and rotating inventory, maintaining product labels, sweeping warehouse, and assist in staging orders for delivery</li><li>Ensure the product is stored safely and in the proper place.</li><li>Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse</li><li>Additional duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School diploma or GED required</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</li><li>Experience with Warehouse Management System</li><li>Computer applications using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.</li><li>Good visual acuity to inspect shipments.</li><li>Ability to input data on the computer to create a daily inventory report.</li><li>Accuracy in recordkeeping and in sorting, checking, counting, and verifying items received.</li><li>Strong time management, organizational, planning and self-motivation skills.</li><li>MHE experience or desire to learn MHE.</li><li>Must have attention to detail</li><li>Must have excellent customer service skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul><p>Magnolia offers medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, 401k match, paid vacation, and growth opportunities.&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
