Our Residential Services program operates six homes in Newton where our team provides the individuals in these homes with a safe and comfortable environment.<span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full-Time and Part-Time </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Direct Care:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professionals for our Residential Program.\n<ul>\n<li>You will provide direct care and skill training to individuals in a residential setting to support daily living and social skills.</li>\n<li>The DCP provides assistance with personal care, medication administration, implementing approved treatment plans, preparing meals, attending recreational activities, exploring the community and general companionship.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Price Center is also hiring Weekend/Relief Direct Care:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a PT position - Weekend shifts only\n<ul>\n<li>You will provide direct care and skill training to individuals in a residential setting to support daily living and social skills.</li>\n<li>The DCP provides assistance with personal care, medication administration, implementing approved treatment plans, preparing meals, attending recreational activities, exploring the community and general companionship.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 400\">This position offers a higher wage - Not eligible for benefits</span></span></em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of high school degree or GED. </li>\n<li>Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and support body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">MUST </span>be at least 21 years of age and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HAVE a valid driver's license with a CLEAN driving record</span></span><span> </span>and a willingness to use agency vehicle in the course of employment.</li>\n<li>Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirements</li>\n<li>Weekend availability </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">MUST have MAP Certification (Medication Administration training) and First Aid Certificate</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generous vacation, personal and sick time available to all full-time employees.</li>\n<li>Employer paid Life, Long Term Disability, and AD&amp;D insurance offered at no cost to the employee.</li>\n<li>Employer sponsored Health, Vision and Dental Insurance with a substantial employer contribution to the cost.</li>\n<li>403(b) retirement plan with employer match.</li>\n<li>Company scholarship program and tuition remission programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$2,500 New Hire Bonus</span><span> for Full Time MAP certified.</span></p>\n<p>$2,000 New Hire Bonus and<span> $1,000 for Part Time </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Eligible a</span><span>fter successful 90-day introductory period</span><span>.</span></li>\n<li><span>Paid out in two installments 3 months &amp; 6 months.
