A successful candidate will drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to our high-quality standards and following all safety and company guidelines.</p>\n<p><br>Pay range: $76,000-$100,000/year<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Production &amp; Operational Management:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute daily production schedules, ensuring quality standards and delivery targets are met.</li>\n<li>Optimize production efficiency, labor utilization, and cost metrics to maintain smooth operations.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Planning department to develop, adjust, and communicate production schedules.</li>\n<li>Analyze manufacturing variances, implementing corrective actions to address inefficiencies.</li>\n<li>Manage production order processing and ensure accurate transactions in the ERP system.</li>\n<li>Support new product launches and process improvements to enhance production capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership &amp; Development:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop production team members, focusing on performance management and skill enhancement.</li>\n<li>Conduct daily production meetings and ensure effective shift handovers to maintain seamless operations.</li>\n<li>Manage staffing levels, overtime, and time and attendance through the ADP system to meet production demands.</li>\n<li>Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members to build a strong workforce.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Control &amp; Safety:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Champion workplace safety initiatives and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment.</li>\n<li>Monitor production quality metrics and implement corrective measures as needed.</li>\n<li>Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving to address operational or quality challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventory &amp; Materials Management:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the timely procurement of materials to support continuous production flow.</li>\n<li>Verify variances in the Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure all materials are used according to planned requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and analyze production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for process improvements.</li>\n<li>Verify and address discrepancies between planned and actual costs and quantities in the BOM.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sustainability &amp; Environmental Initiatives:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead sustainability efforts, implementing strategies for energy efficiency and waste reduction.</li>\n<li>Promote environmentally friendly practices such as recycling and reducing the carbon footprint of production operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>To thrive in this role, you should bring:</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Heavy Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in assembly and similar manufacturing processes.</li>\n<li>3+ years of supervisory experience leading hourly production employees, including coaching, feedback, and accountability, while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated safety-first leadership with consistent enforcement of safety standards (3+ years)</li>\n<li>2+ years planning and executing production work, including labor allocation and task prioritization.</li>\n<li>This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.</li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems (LN preferred).</li>\n<li>Experience with ADP for time and attendance management.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Preferred).</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.</li>\n<li>Ability to break down complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective, team-oriented leadership with a bias for action.</li>\n<li>Sound judgment with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.</li>\n<li>High attention to detail with strong planning and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate across teams and perform effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161);
