The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. &nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>FUNCTIONS STATEMENT:</strong></p><p>· Supervise maintain and control all activities within the Poker Room.</p><p>· Under direct supervision of the Poker Manager and Shift Manager. Ability to monitor poker tables, dealers, and poker cashiers on assigned shifts.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MAJOR DUTIES:</strong></p><p>· Greet and welcome guests at the poker room podium.</p><p>· Maintain and update waiting lists for all poker games.</p><p>· Announce and maintain any promotional totals and paid promotions.&nbsp;</p><p>· Responsible for dealer rotation on assigned shift.</p><p>· Provide oversight of poker dealers and poker cashiers.</p><p>· Responsible for assurance of game protection.</p><p>· Complete federal cash reporting requirements including Title 31 compliance.&nbsp;</p><p>· Responsible for table banks and card inventories.&nbsp;</p><p>· Resolves patron disputes within the scope of the dispute&nbsp;</p><p>· Protects the assets of the Casino.&nbsp;</p><p>· Maintains awareness of how each game stands with respect to table limits, open seats, and dealer performance.&nbsp;</p><p>· Ability to utilize Poker Atlas software.</p><p>· May be responsible for having a bank for cashing in and out patrons.</p><p>· May be required to deal poker games in certain situations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:</strong></p><p>· Knowledge of all casino poker games operations.</p><p>· Knowledge of standards of cleanliness as prescribed by various compliance and enforcement agencies associated with the gaming industry.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of the characteristics of appropriate and inappropriate greetings and interaction with guests and customers.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of methods and techniques that assure protection of the table and casino assets.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of how to administer the overall poker games department in accordance with management’s directives and the policies.</p><p>· Knowledge of poker games.</p><p>· Skill in guest service, human relations and supervision of assigned staff.</p><p>· Skill in dealing with Poker.</p><p>· Ability to communicate, read, and write clearly in basic English.</p><p>· Ability to always demonstrate outstanding guest service.</p><p>· Ability to apply basic mathematical skills.</p><p>· Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.</p><p>· Knowledge of the prescribed methods of application and completion of federal cash reporting requirement forms including Title 31 compliance regulations.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of methods for tracking card inventories for poker tables.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY CONTROLS:</strong></p><p>· Maintains constant awareness of poker activity.&nbsp;</p><p>· Maintains and enforces the Poker room rules of play.</p><p>· Initiates poker table fills.</p><p>· Opens and closes poker tables.</p><p>· Resolves guest issues and problems in a timely and professional manner.</p><p>· Greet guests, maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.</p><p>· Gives basic instruction on all promotions and special events.&nbsp;</p><p>· Verifies gaming chip purchases and exchanges at the poker counter</p><p>· Monitors staff performance, behavior, and attendance.</p><p>· Accountability and Supervision</p><p>· Directly supervise poker dealers and poker cashiers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p>· High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent.</p><p>· One (1) year Poker Floor Supervisory experience.</p><p>· &nbsp;Two (2) years’ poker dealing experience required. Or a combination of skills and experience.</p><p>· Passing of a Poker audition is required.</p><p>· Must be at least 18 years of age.</p><p>· Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CERTIFICATION, LICENSES, AND ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>· Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.</p><p>· Must obtain CPN Tribal Gaming License.</p><p>· Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p><p>· Must be able to stand and/ or walk for extended periods of time.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><p>· Work hours are subject to change with notice.</p><p>· Smoke filled environment, exposure to various lights and sounds.
