Strong knowledge in the installation of cabinetry and millwork, strong knowledge in the construction of cabinetry and millwork materials, good leadership skills, good organization, self-</span><span>management</span><span> and problem-solving skills are </span><span>required</span><span> to effectively perform this job</span><span>.  </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Primary Job Responsibilities: </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Serve as a job-site supervisor for your assigned project, responsible for the safety, quality, productivity, and timeliness of job completion, while also acting as a liaison with the client, project manager, and other team members to complete all projects according to Company standards.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead and perform the layout and installation of </span><span>various types</span><span> of </span><span>cabinetry</span><span> and related millwork per architectural drawings for each assigned job. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Arrive and </span><span>depart</span><span> directly to assigned job sites and perform installation duties and supervise other job-site operations, including deliveries and team member productivity.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitoring of Job-site progress, quality, and safety of installation team members, document </span><span>status</span><span> and issues, and provide regular reports to management.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide training for new team </span><span>members, and</span><span> monitor team </span><span>member</span><span> compliance </span><span>with to</span><span> standard work including the safe use of tools and equipment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Apply LEAN concepts to all aspects of </span><span>job</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><br><span>the</span><span> with team member performance evaluations, and provide input on discipline, hiring and termination actions. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prepare and </span><span>monitor</span><span> the preparation and submission of team member </span><span>time cards</span><span>, daily progress reports, and field change orders in accordance to Company policy.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead process improvement initiatives that support Company </span><span>objectives</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Complete other duties as assigned</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Essential Duties &amp; Requirements:  </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>This position requires the ability to work extended hours to meet deadlines</span><span>.  </span><span>The position also requires ability to stand, kneel, stoop, squat, and climb and stand on ladders and/or scaffolding, for extended periods</span><span>.  </span><span>This </span><span>position requires good eye-hand coordination and </span><span>use</span><span> hands to </span><span>demonstrate</span><br><span>proficiency</span><span> with specialty power tools</span><span>.  </span><span> This position requires ability to think creatively, read English, write English, read blueprints and other architectural drawings, see, talk, write, </span><span>understand</span><span> and speak English, and hear.</span></span><span><br><span>Ability</span><span> to research, evaluate and recommend alternatives is </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span><span> The position requires ability to communicate effectively with team members and/or clients</span><span>.  </span><span>This position requires the ability to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 150 pounds and </span><span>frequently</span><span> lift and/or move 75 pounds.
