In this role, you will design and develop solutions for our customers, build and enhance our product platform, and collaborate with your team, the engineering organization, and the product team to continuously enhance our delivery processes.   <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Software Developers in Euna Procurement deliver effective and robust solutions to new and existing technical challenges in a timely manner. Software developers also contribute to their team’s success through the effective execution of engineering processes and best practices and continuously improving their own skillset.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Tackle real-world customer challenges and ship impactful solutions quickly, crafting front-end web apps or back-end services by working from detailed designs to implement rich user experiences.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Develop effective tests and metrics to ensure successful delivery and monitor and analyze the real-time performance of our platform.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work with the product and support teams to understand our customers' needs and participate in solution development from vision through delivery.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Contribute to your team's success with thoughtful code reviews, thorough documentation, and open knowledge sharing.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Operate, improve, and coordinate in an AI agentic workflow and AI tooling across the team and organization.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Demonstrate the effective execution of SDLC best practices.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Apply and support security best practices.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Qualifications: </span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">2+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering robust software in Node.JS, TypeScript, JavaScript or a similar language.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Clear technical experience in one or more technologies in our tech stack: <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Node.JS, </span>React, <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Typescript,</span> AngularJS, PHP, Python, MySQL.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Familiarity with development collaboration tools such as JIRA and git, and development processes like scrum or Kanban.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Familiarity with web testing and accessibility tools (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, axe, etc)  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experience in a cloud environment, such as AWS.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Familiarity with SQL.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">A passion for building beautiful and functional UIs and APIs.  </span></li>\n<li><span>2+ years implementing AI/ML agentic solutions in business environments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Location</span></p>\n<p><span>This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.
