Your Mission As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Mimica, you will play a critical role in scaling our market share by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential accounts. You’ll operate at the intersection of outbound-driven pipeline generation and a scaling inbound engine, turning opportunity into revenue through disciplined execution. Part of your day-to-day Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts. Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close. Partner closely with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and marketing to drive coordinated account engagement. Build and expand relationships across multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, to drive deal progression. Understand the strategic and operational priorities of your target accounts and position Mimica’s value accordingly. Lead structured, multi-threaded sales processes, navigating complex buying groups and procurement requirements. Deliver tailored demos and business cases aligned to customer use cases. Continuously refine your approach based on market feedback and performance data. What you will bring Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition (“hunter” mentality). Proven ability to manage and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders. Experience owning the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation and deal execution. Track record of consistent quota attainment in mid-market or comparable segments. Ability to operate effectively in low-brand or emerging market environments. Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value in a clear, compelling way. High level of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
