The office and/or school based Child and Family Therapists provide mental health assessments, individual and family counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and may lead groups in a school or office setting. In addition, the therapist will provide referrals and coordination with medication providers, primary physicians and other community agencies.&#160;</p><p>Training opportunities also available. Must be willing to work early or later hours on some days, depending on school placement and office needs. This person in this position needs to be self-motivated and have an excellent work ethic, including the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.&#8239;Sea Mar is offering tele-health therapy and in-person services at this time. &#8239;&#160;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:&#8239;&#160;&#160;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Master&#8217;s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work that includes course-work in psychological diagnostics.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must meet WAC requirements for a Mental Health Professional.&#8239;&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Child Mental Health Specialists preferred, or be willing to work towards credential.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Computer efficiency preferred.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>English/Spanish bilingual highly preferred&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of computer usage, current Microsoft programs (word and excel) and ability to learn/navigate electronic health records is a must&#160;</p></li></ul><p>This position may be eligible for the student loan repayment program. &#8239;LICSW, LMFT, and LMHC supervision available at this site.&#160;</p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
