          "text": "<p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW </strong></p><p>The Automotive Facilitator delivers an established consultative software system curriculum to elevate the Service Connect system</p><p><strong>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>Training Delivery</strong></p><p>· Deliver established consultative Service Connect curriculum to Service Managers, Directors, CRM and BDC Teams</p><p>· Conduct engaging in-person and energetic training sessions</p><p>· Support the implementation of learned techniques and adoption of consultative Service Connect software and processes</p><p>· Guide Service Managers, Directors, CRM and BDC Teams in applying curriculum concepts</p><p>· Ensure consistent training delivery across the network</p><p>Stakeholder Engagement</p><p>· Partner with the Project Manager in building strong relationships across regional organizational levels</p><p>· Occasional client meetings</p>",
