    "ExternalQualificationsStr": "- 8+ years of program or project management experience in Federal or Aerospace and Defense.\r\n- Demonstrated success managing large, complex technology implementations in the Federal market.\r\n- In-depth knowledge of Federal or A&D client program management structures and execution frameworks.\r\n- Experience working in regulated environments involving ITAR, DFARS, or NIST compliance.\r\n- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive disciplined execution.\r\n- Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing consulting roles\r\n- Growth mindset, and ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-changing environment\r\n- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; PMP or related certification preferred.\r\nSalary Range:\r\nMin $117,000 - Max $175,000 USD per year\r\nPay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
