          "text": "<p>Job Duties<br /> Technical Project Manager to implement client Budget System<br /> Coordinate with staff resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of the project (implementation of the Budget System).<br /> Develop project scope and objective, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility<br /> Ensure all deliverables are on‐time, within scope and within budget<br /> Ensure resource availability and allocation<br /> Establish clear and concise communication plan<br /> Report status and escalate issues to City/Consultant management as needed<br /> Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation</p><p><br />Required Skills/Experience<br /><b> Experience implementing Budget System, preferably for any government agency (must have)</b><br /> Strong understanding of municipal budgeting concepts<br /> Ability to develop a detailed project plan to track progress<br /> Knowledge of appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs<br /> Ability to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques<br /> Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders<br /> Ability to effectively perform risk management to minimize project risks<br /> Ability to maintain relationships with third parties/vendors<br /> Four‐year degree preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering<br /> Proven working experience as a project manager implementing technology projects<br /><br /></p><p>Additional Skills/Experience<br /><b> Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‐on experience in Budget System implementations</b><br /> Excellent client‐facing and internal communication skills<br /> Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills<br /> Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‐tasking skills<br /> Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project<br /> PMP certification<br /> Experience with a public‐sector agency<br /></p>",
