Job Purpose- The role involves managing and overseeing door-to-door (D2D) sales operations within a specific region. Focus is on driving sales and revenue targets, acquiring and retaining customers, creating visibility for D2D offerings, and ensuring smooth operations from safety to on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Customer Acquisition
Achieve regional D2D sales and revenue targets.
Acquire new customers (fleets, OEMs, gated communities, businesses).
Educate customers on D2D benefits and app usage.
Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
Channel Satisfaction
Build strong relationships with channel partners.
Provide training and resolve conflicts.
Set performance expectations and track KPIs.
Product Training
Train TSMs and dealer staff on product handling, SOPs, safety, and app usage.
Below-the-Line Activities & Incentives
Coordinate BTL activities at ROs, industrial areas, and societies.
Explore incentives for large fleet customers.
Sales Performance Monitoring
Track conversion rates, order values, and acquisition costs.
Liaise with app vendor and HO for data.
Audits
Ensure gantries, canisters, and bowsers are safe and compliant.
Monitor adherence to SOPs and quality checks.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with government norms and company policies.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
Share competitor schemes with HO.
Qualifications
1.Qualification - Engineer & MBA (preferably Marketing).
2. Experience: 10–12 years in sales and business development.
