Founded by U.S.-bred engineers with over 15 years of experience, Abstra specializes in sourcing skilled professionals across a wide range of technologies to meet our clients’ needs, driving innovation and efficiency.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Description:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Role summary:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Owns end-to-end technical direction and client alignment for the agentic AI platform. </li>\n<li>Primary technical interface with the client,  translating business requirements into architecture spanning RAG pipelines, MCP connectors, and hybrid orchestration across Appian, ERP, DealCloud, Backstop CRM, Snowflake, and Graph DB.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead architecture across all AI layers: RAG, MCP connectors (action/data), agent orchestration.</li>\n<li>Define integration strategy leveraging existing client APIs, minimising custom build.</li>\n<li>Drive MCP connector design for Appian, ERP, DealCloud, Backstop, Snowflake, Graph DB.</li>\n<li>Own RAG pipeline decisions: chunking strategy, embedding model, Pinecone retrieval, re-ranking.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with client stakeholders (business + IT) to validate use cases.</li>\n<li>Guide the offshore team (AI/ML engineers, data engineers).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills Required</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>8-10+ years software/AI engineering; 1-2+ years enterprise AI or agentic system design.</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on RAG: LlamaIndex or LangChain, Pinecone, Azure OpenAI.</span></li>\n<li>Strong API integration: REST, OAuth.</li>\n<li>MCP / tool-layer design for LLM agents; FASTMCP is a strong plus.</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 12pt\">Financial services platforms (DealCloud, Backstop, or similar) are advantageous</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What We Offer:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible working hours and remote work options.</li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li>\n<li>A collaborative and inclusive work environment.</li>\n<li>The chance to work on impactful projects with a talented team.</li>\n<li>Excellent compensation in USD.</li>\n<li>Hardware and software setup (mandatory).</li>\n</ul>",
