We are committed to helping Alaskan&rsquo;s recover.</p><p><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p>Alaska Behavioral Health (AKBH) is proud that we can provide this much-needed service to individuals living in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley in our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Wasilla. &nbsp;The range of services provided at the CCBHC include crisis services; treatment planning; screening, assessment, diagnosis, and risk assessment; outpatient mental health and co-occurring substance use services; targeted case management; outpatient primary care; community-based mental health care for veterans; peer and family supports. Populations served include children, families, transition-age youth, adults, and military veterans.</p><p><strong><u>CLINICIAN I &ndash; Unlicensed Clinician</u></strong></p><p>Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work on a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment planning, individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and other services driven client need.</li><li>Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services.</li><li>Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, families and adults.</li><li>Participate in regular individual and group supervision, working towards licensure</li><li>Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>You have a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field.&nbsp;AKBH can assist with providing licensure on site for Unlicensed Clinicians.</li><li>Pay Range is $73,100 to $89,000 depending on experience.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus</li><li>Eligible for quarterly incentive bonus based on activity</li><li>Potential annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.</li></ul><p><strong><u>CLINICIAN II &ndash; Licensed Clinician</u></strong></p><p>Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work on a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment planning, individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and other services driven client need.</li><li>Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services.</li><li>Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, families and adults.</li><li>Participate in regular individual and group supervision&nbsp;</li><li>Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices</li><li>Potentially develop skills in clinical supervision with interns or bachelor&rsquo;s level staff.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>You have a master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field.&nbsp;</li><li>You&rsquo;re a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW required)</li><li>Pay Range is $80,500 to $103,320 depending on experience.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus</li><li>Eligible for quarterly incentive bonus based on activity</li><li>Potential annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.</li></ul><p><strong><u>SENIOR LICENSED CLINICIAN</u></strong></p><p>Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work on a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment planning, individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and other services driven client need.</li><li>Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services.</li><li>Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, families and adults.</li><li>Participate in regular individual and group supervision&nbsp;</li><li>Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices</li><li>Provide Clinical Supervision for unlicensed providers, interns and bachelor&rsquo;s level staff</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Earned Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from a regionally accredited university and an APA accredited program, or a Master&rsquo;s degree in social work and licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or a Master&rsquo;s degree in counseling and licensed to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or a Master&rsquo;s degree in marriage and family therapy and licensed to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).</li><li>You have experience working with SED clients, and experience with providing trauma-informed care</li><li>You have 7-10 years clinical experience providing direct services as a psychotherapist</li><li>You have at least two years providing clinical supervision</li><li>Pay Range is $88,000 to $112,350 depending on experience.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus</li><li>Eligible for quarterly incentive bonus based on activity</li><li>Potential annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Alaska Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</strong></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
