    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Mobile Technician is responsible for performing all levels of troubleshooting and repair services of customer trailers, chassis, containers, and truck bodies at a customer site using a mobile service truck. This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance.  The Mobile Technician is the facing representative to the customer on the customers property or their customers property.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform intermediate level troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks to include, but not limited to, tire replacements/flat repairs, brake adjustments/services/replacements, electrical diagnostics and repairs, ABS diagnostics and repairs, basic structural repairs on trailer chassis, sub-frames, etc.</li>\n <li>Perform annual FHWA (Federal Highway Administration) Inspections.</li>\n <li>Patch holes in trailer/container side panels and roofs ensuring all holes are sealed and watertight.</li>\n <li>Understand and demonstrate the proficient use of a cutting torch and welding equipment and perform mid-level repairs on chassis, frames, brackets, etc.</li>\n <li>Accurately complete work orders and other written materials according to established procedures. </li>\n <li>Ability to accurately enter data with a computer utilizing company maintenance software.</li>\n <li>Operate assigned service truck in a professional manner and according to company requirements; keep unit clean and well stocked. Keep all company provided tools and equipment clean and serviceable.</li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service to service customers.</li>\n <li>Maintain/Build relationships with service customers.</li>\n <li>Ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Education:</em> High School diploma or GED</li>\n <li><em>Experience</em>: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Semi-Trailer maintenance and repair and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li><em>Skills</em>: Must display excellent sense of integrity and initiative.</li>\n <li><em>Travel:</em> As needed, to and from customer properties/equipment.</li>\n <li><em>Tools</em>: Must furnish own hand tools.</li>\n <li><em>Valid Driver’s License, CDL preferred.</em></li>\n <li><em>A favorable background screening, physical and drug screening, and proof of work authorization in the United States is required for employment.</em></li>\n</ul>",
