We are proud to be part of a dedicated team committed to increasing access to mental health care and changing the lives of our clients for the better.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) team is a multi-disciplinary group dedicated to serving children ages 9-17 and adults with acute needs or those not responding to lower levels of care. Our program offers medication management, intensive therapy, family therapy and skill-building exercises to help clients regain stability, enhance their quality of life, and prevent the need for higher levels of care.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We provide Evidence-Based Therapy activities for clients to practice skills to utilize in and outside of PHP, daily physical activity, lunches, and time for academic studies.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct group skill development sessions covering topics such as emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and coping strategies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with the treatment team to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide support and assistance to clients during community outings and activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Document client progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct safety plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support clients in crisis situations and assist with de-escalation techniques as needed.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Good To Know</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Position is based in Fairbanks, Alaska</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Full-Time, Non-exempt</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pay Range is between $21.50 - $30.00 hourly</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Eligible for up to $15,678 in incentive with the average being $5,616.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available &ndash; Professional Growth is encouraged!</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clinical associates participate in regular individual and group supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">AKBH offers generous benefits including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, 4% automatically contributed by AKBH. PTO is accrued at the rate of five (5) weeks of PTO for the first year; eight (8) weeks of PTO after the first year.
