The Trainer oversees New Hire Orientation Training, Annual Recertification Training, Essential Subjects, and On the Job Training.  They Identify employees on correction/improvement plans and provide the additional training necessary to ensure the employees successfully complete the improvement plan.  They compile, log, file, and submits training documentation for the monthly Key Performance Indicators.
