Your role focuses on reliable execution, </span><span>maintaining</span><span> </span><span>accurate</span><span> and accessible knowledge, and supporting established workflows that enable consistent use of information across projects and teams.</span><span> </span><span>You work closely with project teams, internal departments, and the Knowledge Management team to support retrospectives, lessons learned, learning initiatives, and intranet operations. Through hands-on delivery, attention to detail, and responsiveness to studio needs, you help ensure Knowledge Management practices function effectively in daily work.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What You Will Do:</span></span></span><span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain intranet and knowledge repositories so content stays </span><span>accurate</span><span> and usable.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather knowledge and create content.</span></span><span> </span><span><span><br></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support retrospectives and lessons learned through preparation, capture, and follow-up.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Update and administer </span><span>intranet</span><span> content, including permissions and lifecycle practices.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Apply taxonomy, metadata, and classification consistently across content.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support users with KM tools, answer questions, and resolve basic issues.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><span> with learning and onboarding materials related to KM practices.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Track usage, quality, and adoption metrics and flag risks or gaps.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate with the KM team to support coordinated delivery.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What You Will Bring:</span></span></span><span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>1–3 years of experience in </span><span>Knowledge Management</span><span> or related field</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with intranet administration and cloud-based knowledge repositories is an asset.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span>Desire </span><span>to learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and practices.</span></span><span> </span><span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong </span><span>written and verbal communication and a</span><span>ttention to detail</span><span>.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>A collaborative mindset and responsiveness to stakeholder needs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Proficiency</span><span> in Microsoft 365 suite.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 3 days in the Studio.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What We Will Provide</span></span></span><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span>The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is $65,000</span><span> to $75,000</span><span>.
