    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Detailed Description:</p><p>• Operates and controls pressurized systems, testing functionality of all field equipment.<br>• Diagnoses and assesses service issues, documenting and noting required repairs.<br>• Supports maintenance staff with operational assistance as needed.<br>• Ensures equipment quality through preventative maintenance and adherence to company standard operating procedures.<br>• Documents all work performed within Keane’s CMMS.<br>• Performs final inspections of equipment to monitor safety and efficiency.<br>• Verifies equipment is road ready.<br>• Performs all other duties as assigned.</p><p>Job Requirements:<br>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p><p>• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, ethical behavior, and commitment to company values.<br>• Maintains composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.<br>• Learns and integrates new technical skills quickly; maintains current knowledge in field of expertise.<br>• Safety-oriented and able to analyze problems systematically, considering alternatives and rejecting unacceptable options.<br>• Provides tactful, direct, and actionable feedback; constructively confronts people problems and stressful situations.</p><p>Language Comprehension:</p><p>Must understand and speak English at a proficiency level sufficient to issue, receive, and respond to safety- and operations-related directions.</p><p>Minimum Qualifications:</p><p>• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.<br>• Experience: 2–4 years FRAC experience preferred</p><p>Licenses and Certifications:</p><p>• —</p><p>Additional Details:</p><p>This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate and inspect pressurized equipment reliably.
