Description

Position Summary: XWELL is a leader in promoting health and wellness for travelers, delivering innovative services across airport environments through our portfolio of brands. As we continue to scale and enhance the customer experience, we are committed to developing future talent through hands-on learning opportunities. The Operations Intern role is designed to provide exposure to core business functions, including customer experience, business performance, and operational processes. This role will work closely with field teams and leadership to observe, document, and support improvements in day-to-day operations. The internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical insight into how a multi-unit, customer-facing business operates and evolves. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Experience Observe in-store customer journeys to understand service flow and engagement points Document key steps in the customer experience, including opportunities for enhancement Support identification of service improvements that align with brand standards 2. Business Performance Assist in gathering and organizing basic performance data (KPIs) Learn how metrics are used to evaluate store and operational performance Support preparation of basic business reviews and summaries 3. Operational Processes Observe daily store operations, including workflows and team interactions Review systems and in-store processes to identify opportunities for efficiency Assist in drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials 4. Field & Team Engagement Spend time in-store observing customer flow and operational execution Take detailed notes and contribute to process documentation Participate in team discussions and share observations and insights Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives
