    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position </strong>Forming Quality Supervisor</p>\n<p><strong>GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION</strong></p>\n<p>Manage the Metalsa Quality System and ensure that plant meets all quality system requirements to maintain the customer Certification, ISO/TS16949: 2009 standard.</p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION</strong></p>\n<p>Customer service regarding quality performance and customer required testing in our products</p>\n<p>Maintain and improve the performance of Quality ratings with the customers</p>\n<p>Assure the quality of products from raw materials receipt to finished product delivery</p>\n<p>Maintain and improve the quality operating system</p>\n<p>Assure the solution of quality problems in products (external and internal)</p>\n<p>Promote the continuous improvement in our processes</p>\n<p>Provide support in the implementation of new projects</p>\n<p>Manage data collection system, ensure timely and accurate data at all times</p>\n<p>Manage containment activity on a daily basis</p>\n<p>Additional responsibilities as required – this position is subject to change as the needs of the department change</p>\n<p><strong>ACADEMICS AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA</strong></p>\n<p>Associate’s degree in a quality related field and 1-3 years of experience or 3-5 years of experience in quality related field (automotive preferred)&nbsp;</p>\n<p>3-5 years of proven supervisory experience</p>\n<p>Proven experience in structured training (I.E. SPC. GR&amp;R, PPAP, etc)</p>\n<p>Proven experience in establishing auditing structure and auditing experience&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Statistical Process Control experience and able to demonstrate knowledge (SPC)</p>\n<p>ASQ Certified&nbsp;preferred</p>\n<p>Experience with scanners (metroscan or similar)&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Experience with CMM reported data&nbsp;</p>",
