          "text": "<p>RESPEC seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager for our Juneau, AK, or Rapid City, SD locations.</p><p>RESPEC is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our AK Water team. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with a strong background in water and wastewater design, project management, and client relations. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions while managing project teams and fostering client partnerships. Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage water/wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through completion</li><li>Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables</li><li>Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success</li><li>Prepare and review design plans, technical reports, and specifications</li><li>Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment</li><li>Support business development efforts and proposal preparation</li></ul><p><strong>We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters.</strong></p>",
