    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This temporary, part-time Research Specialist position (10–15 hours per week) provides technical support for molecular and cellular biology research.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Core responsibilities include sample preparation, nucleic acid extraction, PCR and qPCR, and DNA/RNA quantification. The technician will also maintain lab records and databases, keep reagents and supplies organized, and help keep day-to-day lab operations running smoothly.
