Concepts are illustrated by creating examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval. Creating finished artwork by using the necessary equipment and software. As needed, coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues. Contributing to team efforts by completing tasks as they arise. Having conversations with clients about layout and design . Using software such as Photoshop, create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites. Reviewing final layouts and making suggestions for improvements as needed. Brainstorming image ideas with the marketing and design teams . Creating rough draft illustrations in accordance with client specifications . Specifying any budget or time constraints. Requirements Bachelor ‘s degree in graphic design, in fine arts, or a related field is required. Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field is preferred. Graphic design skills and a strong portfolio are required. Proficiency in desktop publishing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator is required. A keen sense of visual composition. Time management abilities and the ability to meet deadlines are required. Capable of giving and receiving constructive criticism. Marketing , production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design knowledge.
