          "text": "<p>FLINT is seeking a Materials Coordinator for a project-based role in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This position follows a 14 days-on &amp; 7-days off rotation, camp accommodations, and flights out of Calgary or Edmonton.</p><p><strong>What would you be doing?</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that materials are requisitioned using proper procedures from approved suppliers. &#xa0;</li><li>Coordinate warehouse and supply chain activities to ensure physical inventories are&#xa0;conducted,&#xa0;material and equipment requests are properly received and accounted for&#xa0;in a timely manner, and materials are stored using orderly, systematic methods. &#xa0;</li><li>Work collaboratively with the Supply Chain Management and Operations groups to ensure paper flows on asset tracking and accounts payables functions efficiently. &#xa0;</li><li>Conduct continuous exploration&#xa0;for&#xa0;new materials, suppliers, and processes to achieve the best possible quality, reliability, prices, continuity, and delivery to ensure a win-win solution for the vendor and our company. &#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Materials Coordinator in an industrial setting.</li><li>Experience in Mechanical or Electrical/Instrumentation projects required.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and/or Procurement is an asset.&#xa0;</li><li>Proven ability to process work orders, coordinate the ordering, pickup, and delivery of materials, manage inventory, source optimal suppliers and products, and conduct safety inspections to address facility deficiencies.&#xa0;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.&#xa0;</li><li>Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
