In this role, you will visit rental homes to take detailed photos and document the condition of the property for property managers.</span></p>\n<p><span>One of the best parts of this opportunity is the flexibility—you can set your own schedule 30 to 60 days in advance. While you will often work independently in the field, you will always have the support of our team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on field training to help you feel confident and prepared for the role.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><span>• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions</span><br><span>• Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed</span><br><span>• Provide professional and courteous customer service when on-site</span><br><span>• Maintain confidentiality when handling property information</span><br><span>• Perform light maintenance tasks when needed, including:</span><br><span>   – Carrying and using ladders</span><br><span>   – Replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters</span><br><span>   – Fixing door stops</span><br><span>• Work independently while following company guidelines and procedures</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span>• High School Diploma or GED</span><br><span>• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance</span><br><span>• Must be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle’s insurance policy</span><br><span>• Your own insured vehicle for work use</span><br><span>• Ability to transport a 4-ft. ladder in your vehicle</span><br><span>• Comfortable using ladders and basic tools</span><br><span>• Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from your zip code</span></p>\n<p><span>• Strong communication skills are REQUIRED — must be responsive and able to maintain consistent communication     with the company throughout the workday</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<p><span>• Reliable and detail-oriented individuals</span><br><span>• Friendly and professional attitude</span><br><span>• Ability to work independently</span><br><span>• Comfortable using iPads or iPhones for reporting and photos</span><br><span>• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">At OnSight PROS, our Field Property Technicians work independently but are always supported by a team that values communication, professionalism, and quality work.</span></p>",
