Ensuring compliance to FLRA, JSA, JHA and PPE requirements.</li>\n <li>Provides resources, tooling and direction as needed to ensure workforce can perform their tasks safely and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Provide employees and contractors access to SOP’s and OEM information.</li>\n <li>Develops and maintains communication with appropriate Operations personnel.</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate and timely records to planning group as required.</li>\n <li>Manage all repairs and maintenance activities through JDE work order system. </li>\n <li>Utilize scheduled oil sampling to monitor machine health.</li>\n <li>Work with Reliability and Long Range Planning to capture all warranty opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What Makes You the ONE</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three years’ experience in a heavy equipment shop or related to the mining industry. </li>\n <li>3 or more years of previous Supervisory experience in a related field or industry.</li>\n <li>Ticketed tradesperson in a related field preferably with I.P. Red Seal designation considered an asset.</li>\n <li>Post secondary education, AMSA an asset. </li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>Intermediate computer skills specifically, MS office products.</li>\n <li>JDE experience an asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>What's Next</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are chosen to move forward in our hiring process for a site-based role, you will be asked to provide the following:</p>\n<li>Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and ability to provide a recent Driver’s Abstract</li>\n<li>Valid CSO, Silica Awareness, H2S Awareness, OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness, Buffalo Wildlife Awareness. </li>\n<li>Be subject to Random Testing at: Suncor, Suncor Fort Hills and Kearl sites</li>\n<li>Undergo and successfully pass the following pre-employment testing:</li>\n<ul>\n <li>Breath Alcohol Test</li>\n <li>Urine Drug Test</li>\n <li>Fitness-to-Work Health Assessment</li>\n <li>Audiometric Testing</li>\n <li>Vision Screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We know you see tons of job postings every week so thanks for making it this far.
