    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Peraton is seeking a Knowledge Manager to join the USCYBERCOM team in the Fort Meade, MD area. </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Acts as an SME for Knowledge Management and its reporting capabilities, manages content and workflow, and educates front-end users on the use of the Knowledge Management System</li>\n <li>Integrates information from departments and functions throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners and external customers</li>\n <li>Trains and educates front-end users of the knowledge management tools</li>\n <li>Coordinates process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of technology solutions, facilitates discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices, and coordinates the development and modification of new and existing content</li>\n <li>Provides operational support to CNMF by conducting and overseeing data analysis to optimize search results and ensure proper categorization of content</li>\n <li>Provides strategic direction to business groups through initiative prioritizing, integration, and resource application and ensures that policies and procedures align with the USCYBERCOM mission</li>\n <li>Manages content that integrates information from departments and functions throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners and external customers</li>\n <li>Oversees reporting to support operations and prepares analysis and recommendations related to categorization of content and optimizing search results</li>\n <li>Monitors solution benefits and key measures of success to ensure that ongoing benefits are realized (e.g., improved process consistency and faster onboarding of information)</li>\n <li>Facilitates development of controls with business partners through streamlining processes and system automation, and prepares presentations for senior management to support recommended changes, new initiatives, or enhancements</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#COSS</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Knowledge Management Specialist</li>\n <li>Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, or related discipline</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills</li>\n <li>Significant SharePoint and Confluence experience is required</li>\n <li>Experience designing SharePoint and Confluence front-end solutions based on business requirements</li>\n <li>Knowledge of SharePoint Designer workflows and InfoPath forms</li>\n <li>Build SharePoint Online solutions compromised of workflows, forms and dashboards</li>\n <li>Knowledge of USCYBERCOM/CNMF mission is helpful</li>\n <li>U.S. citizenship required</li>\n <li>Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Jira experience is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Peraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and participation in an attractive bonus plan</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
