    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Traveling Pipefitter / Combo Welder to work primarily on planned shutdowns at commercial and industrial laundry facilities.</p>\n<p>This role combines certified TIG and Stick welding with all the traditional skills of a mechanical pipefitter, including equipment setting and rigging. You will be part of small, fast-moving shutdown crew responsible for safely completing piping and equipment work inside tight outage windows.</p>\n<h2>WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel & Accommodations covered</li>\n <li>Rotational Schedule allowing time at home every month</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental & Vision</li>\n <li>Traditional & Roth 401K</li>\n <li>Holiday Pay</li>\n <li>Vacation Days (eligibilty period may apply)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform code-quality TIG and Stick welds on carbon and stainless steel piping and components for process, steam, condensate, gas, and utility systems.</li>\n <li>Execute the full scope of mechanical pipefitting, including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Reading and interpreting drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and spool sheets</li>\n  <li>Laying out, measuring, cutting, prep, and fit-up of pipe</li>\n  <li>Installing valves, strainers, supports, hangers, and specialties</li>\n  <li>Assisting with pressure tests and leak checks as required</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Support equipment setting and rigging:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Rig, signal, and assist with setting washers, dryers, tunnel washers, tanks, pumps, and related equipment</li>\n  <li>Safely use rigging gear (slings, shackles, chain falls, come-alongs, etc.)</li>\n  <li>Work with cranes, forklifts, hoists, and gantries in accordance with company and OSHA standards</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Work effectively in shutdown / outage environments:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Nights, weekends, and extended shifts as needed to meet outage schedules</li>\n  <li>Demo and removal of existing piping/equipment, followed by installation of new systems</li>\n  <li>Coordinate with other trades and plant personnel to minimize downtime</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Follow all site and company safety policies and procedures</li>\n  <li>Participate in JSAs, pre-task plans, and daily safety meetings</li>\n  <li>Keep work areas organized and support site housekeeping</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience as a combo welder and mechanical pipefitter in industrial or commercial settings</li>\n <li>Certified TIG and Stick welder (must be able to pass weld tests)</li>\n <li>Strong pipefitting skills: layout, fit-up, installation of supports and valves, reading drawings</li>\n <li>Experience with equipment rigging and moving in plant/industrial environments</li>\n <li>Willing and able to travel regularly and work shutdown schedules (nights/weekends)</li>\n <li>Able to work at heights, in tight areas, and in hot/noisy environments</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and Real ID/Passport</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in commercial or industrial laundry facilities or similar process plants</li>\n <li>Familiarity with steam and condensate and other high-temperature systems</li>\n <li>OSHA, aerial lift, forklift, or rigging certifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>All successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and complete a criminal background check.</em></p>\n<p><em>#LI-AM2 #LI-Onsite</em></p>\n<h2>LEGAL DISCLAIMER</h2>\n<p>EOE, including disability/vets</p>",
