The program gives participants the opportunity to gain a broad perspective in Confluent Medical&rsquo;s core engineering functions. The program is structured as four, six-month assignments spanning a two-year period and provides challenging and meaningful experiences, technical and leadership training, and coaching from assignment managers and mentors. Potential assignment locations include Fremont, CA, Laguna Niguel, CA, Austin, TX, Chattanooga, TN, Warwick, RI, and Alajuela, Costa Rica.
