Instead, it&#8217;s a service that helps you identify the best solution to use based on your goals, debts, credit, and budget.</p><p>Proficient in English is a must. (Spanish or French)</p><p>Our Inside Sales Account Executive help customers in budgeting, managing their finances, and eliminating unsecured debt.</p><p><b>Inside Sales Account Executive General Description:</b></p><ul><li>A strong communicator who enjoys talking with people over the phone, or in person, and helping them make an impactful decision for themselves, and/or family.</li><li>The Inside Sales Account Executive&#160;determines financial position, goals, and debt obligations by interviewing clients, examining bills and payment schedules.</li><li>Inside Sales Account Executives help inspire potential clients take action with a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts.</li><li>The Inside Sales Account Executive uses financial resources by examining income, assets and expenses.</li><li>Develop a financial plan for the client where necessary by reducing high-interest debt.</li></ul><p><strong>Inside Sales Account Executive</strong><b> Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in debt consolidation, credit and/or collections, financial planning and sales preferred &#8211; <i>not required.&#160;</i>Customer Service skills are a must!</li><li>Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively (<i>orally and in written form</i>).</li><li>Fact gathering skills.</li><li>Knowledge and use of PC Systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines/goals.</li><li>Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve.</li><li>Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.</li><li>Bilingual (<i>Spanish / English</i>) preferred, not necessary.</li></ul><p>Many of the successful hires we have made over the past few years have come from inside sales / call centre environments. An added plus for a Financial Counsellor would be to come from the Mortgage or Collections industry.</p><p>We provide an in-house training program and certification.
