    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The starting rate of this position is $46.15/hr. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Reliability Mechanic</strong> is responsible for problem troubleshoot and repair execution-based work schedule, related with piping, plumbing, structure's, supports and tank systems within the facilities. Reliability mechanics are also responsible for the execution of mechanical tasks through the production lines.    </p>\n<p>This position will be located in Bristol, PA and reports to the Reliability Leader. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>•    Follow safe work procedures in the operation of tools and equipment proper of their duties as pipe fitter/mechanic.  •    Relays pertinent technical information to co-workers and supervisor. </p>\n<p>•    Determine list of materials and parts to execute the work. •    Drives a forklift. •    Maintains good housekeeping of work areas. •    Supports Behavior Based Safety process by performing observations. •    Supports Loss Control policy, ISO 9001 and OSHAS 18001 management systems. •    Will climb ladders and work outside in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE including SCBA respirator. •    Will work on a 8 hour shift schedule (requires emergency plant support after hours). </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>•    Pro-skill to take and determine dimensions, angles and radios of piping systems.</p>\n<p>•   Experience troubleshooting pumps, mechanical seals and manufacturing equipment's.</p>\n<p>•   Desirable experience with rigging and installing machinery.</p>\n<p>•    Experience using different metal cut techniques like grinder disc, oxygen cut, pipe cutter, etc.</p>\n<p>•    Pro-efficient using rotary tools and hand tools.</p>\n<p>•    Good knowledge identifying pipe schedule and material, fitting types and pressure rates, valve class, types and materials.</p>\n<p>•    Interpretation of drawings & isometrics.</p>\n<p>•    Good skills to work, built and repair threaded pipe and accessories</p>\n<p>•    HS Diploma or GED is required•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical industry preferred </p>\n<p>•    Basic skills in MS Office and excellent interpersonal skills  are expected</p>\n<p>•    Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy is key to success in this role</p>",
