The Pediatric RN Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance and upholding the highest standards of pediatric nursing care.<br><br><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Compensation:<br>$80,000-$85,000 per year</strong></span><br><br><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span><ul><li>Oversee the admission process, including initial patient assessments, intake documentation, and verification of eligibility.</li><li>Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans in compliance with GAPP and agency protocols.</li><li>Conduct supervisory visits to ensure proper nursing care delivery and adherence to care plans.</li><li>Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing guidance on complex cases and pediatric care best practices.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.</li><li>Supervise, train, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.</li><li>Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new nursing personnel.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate nurse performance through periodic reviews, field evaluations, and audits.</li><li>Ensure all patient care services meet GAPP guidelines, Medicaid regulations, and state home health standards.</li><li>Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, reporting clinical outcomes and implementing corrective actions when needed.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison with state agencies, insurance providers, and other external stakeholders regarding pediatric patient care.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between families, physicians, and other healthcare providers.</li><li>Provide education and support to families regarding patient care and treatment plans.</li><li>Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.</li><li>Respond to clinical emergencies and provide guidance to nursing staff.</li><li>Investigate and report incidents, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.</li></ul><br><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></span><ul><li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in a home healthcare setting.</li><li>Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is strongly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) and Medicaid regulations.</li><li>Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation standards.</li><li>Ability to travel locally for supervisory visits and on-call responsibilities as needed.</li></ul><p>We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p>",
