This individual will be responsible for maintaining the Depalletizer, Box Former and utilizing forklift as needed to perform required tasks. Employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail through many changes.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities include<em>:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Operate forklift to stack and retrieve goods, supplies, and materials from warehouse stock.</li><li>Unload live bottle trailers in a timely manner meeting bottle receiving schedule.</li><li>Proficient at verifying bottle and corrugated requirements based on production schedule</li><li>Communicates with case packer operator to ensure correct material/product cuts</li><li>Maintains Depalletizer and Box Former loaded with required material</li><li>Clear jams, reset the Depalletizer and Box Former</li><li>Can clearly communicate to maintenance staff equipment deficiencies and/or repairs.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining inventory and production area cleanliness.</li><li>Use of RF systems to maintain packaging inventory records.</li><li>Properly edit tags to return unused inventory back to stock</li><li>Read and interpret work instruction to select, position and secure machinery.</li><li>Adjust and understands machine setting or controls to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely fashion.</li><li>Know the purpose and follows proper operation of all safety switches, interlocks and safety devices. Can safely operate all machine controls (mechanical, electrical and pneumatic)</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in operating the Depalletizer and Box Former.</li><li>Understand the HMI (touch screen)</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Accountable for food safety, food quality and regulatory requirements for their position&nbsp;</li><li>Required to notify management about potential or actual food safety issues.</li><li>Adopt and maintain all SQF requirements for their position.</li><li>Performs other related duties as required and assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment</li><li>Six months forklift experience</li><li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Must be detailed oriented and can multi-task.</li><li>Must have excellent time management skills.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Additional Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in the food/beverage industry a plus</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS &amp; WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p><p>This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a production setting.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>FREQUENT: &nbsp;</strong>Ability to talk and hear; ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, bend and/or crouch; push/pull; lift up to 50 pounds; use of hands and fingers to operate machinery/equipment and all manual and electronic equipment in area of responsibility. &nbsp;Exposure to wet and humid conditions and fluctuations in ambient temperature (seasonal).</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>OCCASIONAL: &nbsp;</strong>Squatting, kneeling, ability to reach above and at shoulder height.
