Our Privacy Statement describes how we will process and safeguard your personal data.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Understands the historical and latest developments in the specific and related areas of technology.</li>\n <li>Analyzes and understands standards applicable in the specific and related areas of technology.</li>\n <li>Analyzes embodiments of the specific and related areas of technology, including use of products, methods, and services by clients, and provides analyses relating to patent infringement and non-infringement.</li>\n <li>Analyzes patents in the specific and related areas of technology, including patents and patent families at issue in litigation, and provides industry definitions for specific terms in the patents.</li>\n <li>Performs research and analyzes patents and other prior art in specific and related areas of technology, including for invalidity purposes.</li>\n <li>Conveys knowledge and teaches litigation teams about technology, products, services and patents at issue.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. is preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Planning and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>High level of attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated.</li>\n <li>High level of initiative.</li>\n <li>Interpersonal skills.  </li>\n <li>Ability to respond effectively to employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications.</li>\n <li>Excellent research and problem solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work under time restraints and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and conclude.</li>\n <li>PC skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.</li>\n <li>Willingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms - our employees also have access to Harvey, a legal-specific AI tool that reduces time spent on routine tasks, allowing you to focus on more meaningful, high-impact work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Have more questions?
