    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The InBloom BCBA Fellowship program is designed for recent grads to provide a comprehensive experience with applying ABA knowledge and clinical skills with clients, under the supervision of a BCBA. The fellowship experience will target the skills that are required to provide high quality services as a BCBA supervisor and to teach them to proficiency.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, under the supervision and mentorship of a BCBA The requirements listed below are a sample of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </em> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Developing skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans</li>\n <li>Monitoring client progress and analyzing data</li>\n <li>Modifying client interventions</li>\n <li>Training RBTs on client-specific interventions</li>\n <li>Conducting treatment integrity checks and competencies with RBTs</li>\n <li>Conducting assessment and reassessment activities</li>\n <li>Conceptualizing client treatment needs and developing individualized goals</li>\n <li>Observing and participating in caregiver trainings</li>\n <li>Providing direct work with clients</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Full completion of field experience and supervision hours required for BCBA eligibility</li>\n <li>Meet all BACB requirements to sit for BCBA exam</li>\n <li>Committed to sit for BCBA exam within 60 days </li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive / challenging  behavior and de-escalate challenging situations with clients.</li>\n <li>Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, running and/orsitting in order to interact with clients and to implement prescribed interventions.</li>\n <li>Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds to assist with client positioning or mobility.</li>\n <li>Adequate vision and hearing are needed to work with clients and staff.</li>\n <li>Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment and othernecessary tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet the physical requirements and perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
