If you&#39;re looking for a rewarding career where you can make a real impact and be a part of a supportive, professional team--you&#39;ve come to the right place.&nbsp;</p><p>As a Pest Specialist you will provide&nbsp;pest control for&nbsp;residential homes&nbsp;and&nbsp;commercial establishments by identifying potential pest problems, conducting inspections, while&nbsp;designing and implementing control strategies to resolve&nbsp;all of&nbsp;a&nbsp;customer&#39;s pest control needs<em>.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Being prompt to scheduled appointments.</li><li>Inspect the property, determine problem, and implement the most effective solution.</li><li>Identify different species of&nbsp;roaches, rodents,&nbsp;ants,&nbsp;and other&nbsp;household&nbsp;pests</li><li>Operate&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain spraying&nbsp;equipment,&nbsp;bait gun,&nbsp;power&nbsp;fogger&nbsp;and other&nbsp;equipment for&nbsp;applying pesticides</li><li>Maintain knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;applicable&nbsp;laws,&nbsp;rules&nbsp;and&nbsp;regulations governing pesticide&nbsp;application.</li><li>Document/Record&nbsp;all information by filling out all&nbsp;company inspection forms, in accordance&nbsp;with Company procedures.</li><li>Effectively communicate&nbsp;with customers&nbsp;and office staff.</li><li>Thoroughly&nbsp;and&nbsp;efficiently gather&nbsp;customer&nbsp;information, access and fulfill customer&nbsp;needs,&nbsp;educate&nbsp;the&nbsp;customer&nbsp;where&nbsp;applicable&nbsp;in order&nbsp;to prevent future&nbsp;pest infestations</li><li>Participate&nbsp;in routine maintenance of&nbsp;Company vehicle&nbsp;and equipment.</li><li>Practice&nbsp;workplace&nbsp;safety procedures as&nbsp;outlined in the&nbsp;Company&#39;s&nbsp;Safety Manual.</li><li>Operate&nbsp;company vehicle&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;safe&nbsp;and&nbsp;effective&nbsp;manner&nbsp;in order&nbsp;to minimize&nbsp;the&nbsp;risk of&nbsp;injury, property damage&nbsp;or&nbsp;loss of&nbsp;life.</li><li>Clean vehicles as scheduled&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;required.</li><li>Dress Professionally. Maintain&nbsp;company uniforms in neat&nbsp;and professional manner.
