Operations Manager

Weyerhaeuser – Grayling OSB manufacturing facility is seeking an Operations Manager to be an integral member of the site leadership team in Grayling, MI. The Operations Manager is responsible for safely leading the production team to exceed our operational excellence goals. The operations manager must have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes along with the ability to share this knowledge to safely drive continuous improvement. This is a full-time, exempt position that operates as a member of the mill leadership team. The Operations Manager will spend time in both an office setting and operational setting which may include hot, cold, wet, dry, dusty, and humid conditions in a wood products OSB manufacturing environment.
