This position will give exposure to how healthcare data is used to support clinical research across various Life Sciences stakeholders, including pharmaceuticals, medical device, and regulatory functions. This semester-long, paid internship (20+ hours/week) with flexible scheduling, offering hands-on experience alongside senior analysts in a collaborative remote/hybrid environment based in Dallas. Provides strong mentorship, professional development, and potential for extension, with a proven track record of converting interns into full-time contributors.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Analysis &amp; Solution Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze Loopback’s large-scale healthcare data warehouse (claims, EHR, pharmacy, etc.) to support answering clinical research feasibility questions across various therapy areas.</li>\n<li>Assist in developing reporting tools that help non-technical stakeholders understand the data asset.</li>\n<li>Synthesize and communicate analytical findings to team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operations teams to improve data quality, documentation, and product features.</li>\n<li>Gather and document customer feedback to inform future data product development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree (completed or working towards) in a quantitative or life sciences field (e.g., Statistics, Bioinformatics, Epidemiology, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related).</li>\n<li>Exposure to SQL and at least one scripting/statistical language (Python, R).</li>\n<li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous client questions into actionable analyses.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data-driven and analytically rigorous, with a focus on delivering client value.</li>\n<li>Creative, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.</li>\n<li>Strong collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented, rapidly evolving environment.</li>\n<li>Interest in using AI-assisted tools for data analysis, coding, or workflow efficiency<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. </span><br></p>",
