    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>Detailed Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect fluid ends for damaged or worn parts</li><li>Wash fluid ends to remove any stagnant sediment</li><li>Inspect stay rods and tie bars for proper torque compression</li><li>Replace valves and seats and packing elements</li><li>Make repairs to fluid ends as needed</li><li>Inspect packing bore for wear patterns; retainer nuts for cracked or broken threads; seat desk for cracks or indications of a wash-out; packing bore for wear patterns that could indicate a wash-out; and/or rod bearings, thrust seats, bull gears and pinion bearings</li><li>Properly service and maintain fluid ends in a high-cycle environment</li><li>Assess diagnoses when service issues occur and make note of repairs as needed</li><li>Support maintenance staff with any operational assistance they may need</li><li>Ensure quality of equipment through preventive maintenance and following company standard operating procedures</li><li>Document work performed within NexTier's CMMS</li><li>Perform final inspections of equipment to monitor safety and efficiency</li><li>Perform other job duties as assigned</li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>Job Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Ability to effectively communicate with team members.</li><li>Responsible, reliable, and adaptable to changing work conditions.</li><li>Professionalism, integrity, ethical behavior, and a commitment to company values.</li><li>Team-oriented, treats others with respect, and values diverse contributions.</li><li>Strong understanding of instructions and the ability to respond promptly.</li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:8.0pt;mso-margin-top-alt:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:8.0pt;mso-margin-top-alt:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications - Level 1</strong>:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>Ability to understand and speak English to respond to safety and operations-related instructions.</li><li>Less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.</li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:8.0pt;mso-margin-top-alt:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:8.0pt;mso-margin-top-alt:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications - Level 2</strong>:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>Ability to understand and speak English to respond to safety and operations-related instructions.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a similar role.</li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:8.0pt;mso-margin-top-alt:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:8.0pt;mso-margin-top-alt:0in;\"><strong>Additional Details</strong>:<br>The Fluid End Technician must prioritize safety for themselves, coworkers, and third parties.
