This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals of all skill levels to join our team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">In this role, you'll serve as a Lead:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable for their performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrate an understanding of sales behaviors and customer service best practices, ensuring that Technicians are well-versed in the Connected Home product and the 'Serve, Solve, and Sell' approach.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Train and develop the Tech team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Implement new processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in daily/weekly meetings with Operational leadership.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">As a Retail and Repair Tech, your responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Learning and applying the details of the Connected Home product, understanding the customer's technology, and offering and selling protection/tech support solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Consulting with customers to identify issues or explain repair procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Repairing devices, addressing cracked glass, and conducting pre- and post-repair testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Applying sales experience to consistently promote the Connected Home product and employ the 'Serve, Solve, and Sell' approach.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Highly recommended experience in sales and customer service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Essential experience with device repair, including computers, laptops, tablets, phones, hardware, software, and phone screen LCD replacement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Past experience with ability to frequently lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a full-time position with varying schedules.
